Hi, I'm Alyssa.
After nearly a decade in the Colorado wedding industry, I noticed the same thing happening over and over again.
Couples weren't struggling because there weren't enough venues and vendors.
They were struggling because there were too many.
Every consultation seemed to include the same questions:
"Do you know a great photographer that will travel?"
"Is there a wedding coordinator you trust that has worked at my venue before?"

The more options couples found, the harder it became to feel confident they were making the right decisions.
Over the years, I realized something important.
The biggest wedding mistakes rarely happen because couples choose a "bad" vendor. They happen because couples choose the right vendor for someone else's wedding.

Planning a wedding often means spending countless hours researching venues, comparing vendors, reading reviews, and trying to figure out who's actually the right fit. We do that work for you. By taking the time to understand your vision, priorities, and budget, we're able to recommend thoughtfully selected venues and vendors that truly fit your wedding, saving you time, reducing stress, and giving you confidence in your decisions.
Is The Wedding Match really free?
Yes! Our matching service is completely free for couples.
If you choose to book one of our participating venues or vendors, they pay us a referral fee. You'll never pay us for our recommendations, and there is never any obligation to book someone we suggest.
Do vendors pay to be recommended?
No.
We don't believe recommendations should be influenced by advertising dollars. Every venue and vendor in our network goes through the same vetting process, and no one can pay for better placement or preferential treatment. Every recommendation is based on what we genuinely believe is the best fit for your wedding.
Will vendors receive my information?
Only if you want them to.
We never share your contact information without your permission, and we never sell your information to third parties. You decide which venues and vendors you'd like to connect with.
Will vendors know my budget?
No.
Your budget stays between you and The Wedding Match. We use it to make thoughtful recommendations, but we never disclose your budget to venues or vendors.
Am I obligated to book one of your recommendations?
Not at all.
Our job is to help you discover great options, not pressure you into making a decision. You're free to book one of our recommendations, continue your search, or even choose vendors you've already found on your own.
What if none of the recommendations feel right?
We'll keep working with you.
If your first round of recommendations doesn't feel quite right, we'll continue refining your matches until we find venues and vendors that better align with your vision, priorities, and budget.
Can I use The Wedding Match if I've already booked my venue?
Absolutely.
Many couples come to us after securing their venue. We can still help you find photographers, planners, DJs, florists, caterers, bartenders, dessert companies, rental providers, transportation, and many other trusted wedding professionals.
Do you only work with Colorado weddings?
Currently, yes.
We're proudly serving couples throughout Colorado while building relationships with exceptional venues and vendors across the state. As The Wedding Match grows, we look forward to expanding into additional markets.
Will we have phone consultations throughout the planning process?
The Wedding Match is a personalized vendor matching service, not a wedding planning service. To keep our complimentary matching service available to as many couples as possible, we communicate primarily through email.
Once you've connected with your vendors, they'll become your best resource for planning details, timelines, logistics, and the services they've been hired to provide. If you have questions about your recommendations or your matching experience, we're always happy to help by email.
